Our projects
Our experience comes from practice.
We run our own business ventures. We find manufacturers, negotiate terms, organise logistics, develop sales and solve the problems that arise along the way.
We don’t advise from behind a desk.
Our own projects are our business laboratory. They show us which solutions work only in theory and which stand up to day-to-day practice.

Practical project
Furniture and project interiors
Židle Stůl / Projektový Nábytek
This is an area where we combine experience from several business models: cooperation with manufacturers, import, retail, B2B and interior projects.
We therefore do not judge a manufacturer only by its catalogue and price list. We know the whole process from first contact with the supplier to the point where the product must be delivered to the customer or used in a specific project.
- searching for and comparing manufacturers in Poland and other European countries,
- negotiating prices, commercial terms and logistics,
- building and developing retail and B2B offers,
- organising deliveries and handling problems and claims,
- developing project sales for commercial and investment spaces.
We assess not only whether a manufacturer has the right product, but whether it will be the right business partner: whether it can meet deadlines, handle logistics, deliver consistently and support the project when problems arise.
Practical project
Premium chocolate and corporate gifts
Belgian pralines / luxury chocolates / CzekoladaShop
We developed distribution of Belgian pralines and premium Italian chocolate, as well as gift projects for business clients. The offer included pralines, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit and products made from high-quality chocolate with a high cocoa content.
Personalisation was an important part of the project: packaging for chocolate boxes and bars was prepared to the client’s artwork, followed by assembly and delivery of the finished sets.
- selection and development of the product range and cooperation with European manufacturers,
- B2B sales and seasonal projects for corporate clients,
- packaging personalisation based on the client’s visual identity,
- purchasing and stock planning for short, intensive sales seasons,
- coordination of assembly and deliveries in a model close to just-in-time.
Product quality alone is not enough. In seasonal business, success depends on the right offer, purchasing timing, product availability and precise logistics. Demand can change quickly, so the assortment, quantities and delivery dates must be adjusted continuously.
We look at a project not only from the product side. We also assess whether it can be sold, purchased at the right time, personalised, assembled and delivered on schedule — especially when the season or client deadline leaves no room for delays.
Practical project
K-beauty and cosmetics market development
Market entry · retail · B2B wholesale
We supported the introduction of Korean cosmetics to the Polish market — from building the offer and sales channels to developing a presence in major retail and independent wholesale.
One of the key stages was supporting the process of introducing products into the Rossmann Poland assortment. At the same time, we developed an independent B2B wholesale channel so that sales did not depend on a single large customer.
- introducing K-beauty brands to the Polish market,
- preparing the offer for the requirements of major retail chains,
- supporting the process of entering the Rossmann Poland assortment,
- building an independent B2B wholesale sales channel,
- market development and identifying further categories with similar potential.
Market entry is not a single sale but the creation of an entire ecosystem: positioning, price, margin, logistics, distribution channels and customer relationships. A major retail chain can accelerate growth significantly, but long-term stability also comes from an independent base of wholesale customers.
We use our K-beauty experience to analyse further trends and categories — including J-beauty and Arabian oil perfumes — assessing not only product appeal but also realistic distribution potential.
Cross-category capability
Own product / Private Label
From idea to finished product
OEM and Private Label are not a separate industry for us. They are a way of working across product categories when a client needs the right solution, manufacturer or partner to produce under its own brand or specification.
Experience across different product categories allows us to assess such a project more broadly than production price alone.
- searching for and verifying manufacturers suitable for a specific product,
- comparing technology, quality, minimum quantities and commercial terms,
- defining specifications, personalisation, packaging and the expected quality level,
- coordinating samples, quotations, negotiations and implementation,
- assessing logistics, deadlines and the manufacturer’s real ability to deliver consistently.
There is no universal solution in OEM projects. A furniture manufacturer is assessed differently from a food supplier or a cosmetics partner. The key is to find a solution matched to the product, market, volume and sales model.
We help turn an idea into a real solution: find the right manufacturer, verify its capabilities, compare options and take the project to a stage where it can actually be produced, sold and developed.

What does this mean for the client?
Realistic recommendations
We also look at the project through costs, logistics, margin, risk and day-to-day operations.
Better questions
We know what to ask a manufacturer or partner before a problem appears in practice.
We can take over operations
If the client needs it, we do not stop at a recommendation. We can take over an agreed part of administration, coordination and day-to-day project operations.
