1. What data we process
We may process data that you provide directly to us, in particular through the contact form, email or telephone. This may include your name, company name, email address, telephone number and information contained in a message concerning a project or potential cooperation.
When you use the website, technical data related to your connection may also be processed, such as your IP address, device and browser information, request time and basic server logs.

We process data to the extent necessary to:
- respond to enquiries and conduct correspondence — on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- take steps prior to entering into a contract where the contact concerns specific potential cooperation — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,

3. How long we retain data
We retain enquiry data for the period necessary to handle the contact and any subsequent cooperation. If the discussions do not result in a contract, the data may be retained for a period justified by the possibility of resuming discussions and the need to protect potential legal claims. Data that must be retained by law is kept for the period required by those laws.

Data entered in the contact form is used solely to respond to the message, assess the possibility of cooperation and continue communication concerning the project presented. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond.
